京都・祇園祭 後祭「山鉾建て」（2024年7月18日 京都市中京区） Kyoto Gion Festival: "Setting up the floats"

【2024祇園祭】祇園祭後祭（あとまつり）の山鉾建てが2024年7月18日、京都市内の中心部で始まった。強い日差しの下、作事方が伝統的な「縄がらみ」の技法で部材を固定し、迫力ある櫓（やぐら）を組み立てていった。
巡行に復帰して3年目の鷹山（京都市中京区三条通新町東入ル）は、午前7時半ごろに作業を開始した。
Construction of the floats for the Gion Festival's Atomatsuri began in the center of Kyoto City on July 18, 2024.
